How long does Damon Salvatore AI take to generate?

There is no fixed wait time: generation may take several minutes, and a provider queue can take longer. The finished clip is 10 seconds long; that is the video duration, not a promise that rendering finishes in 10 seconds.

Is 10 seconds the video length or the waiting time?

10 seconds is the exported clip length. The output is a silent 720p MP4 without a watermark, created from 1 photo or 2 for a supported duo scene.

Uploading the photos, creating a generation task, waiting in the provider queue and rendering the video are separate stages. A request can spend time in a queue before the model completes the frames, so a fixed delivery countdown would not be reliable.

Can I close the page while the video renders?

Yes. Return through the same Google-linked account and open the existing video from your history. You do not need to keep the original browser tab open to find the job again.

Opening an existing result checks that job. Pressing Generate again starts a separate request using another 20 credits, so creating duplicate jobs does not speed up the first one.

What do pending, ready and failed mean?

StatusWhat it meansNext step
Pending / renderingThe provider has not confirmed a finished result.Reopen the same job from your account.
Ready / completedThe generated MP4 is available.Review and download it promptly.
FailedThe provider reported an unsuccessful generation. The spent 20 credits are returned once.

When should I contact support?

Contact support if you cannot load your paid job, cannot download a completed result or cannot reconcile your credit balance. Include the video or Waffo order reference and the email of the Google account you used; do not send card details or passwords.

A long wait alone is not a confirmed failure. The refund policy explains credit returns and monetary refund requests. Provider video links can expire, so download a completed file rather than treating the account history as permanent video storage.
