Acceptable use policy

Last updated 2026-10-21. This policy applies to every photo you upload, every scene description you type and every video you generate on Damon Salvatore AI. Breaking it can lead to your request being blocked, your order being refused and, where the law requires, a report to the authorities.

You may

  • Upload photos of yourself.
  • Upload photos of another adult (for the brothers or couple scenes) only if they have given you their explicit permission.
  • Upload photos of a minor only if you are their parent or legal guardian. Minors may not be used in the couple scene.
  • Share the videos you create on social media for personal, non-deceptive use.

You may not create or request

1. Sexual or nude content

No nudity, sexual or sexually suggestive content, lingerie or fetish outfits, or any content intended to arouse.

2. Violence, gore or self-harm

No graphic violence, gore, weapons aimed at people, threats, or content that shows or encourages suicide or self-harm. The stylised red vampire eyes and veins of the trend are fine; bloody attack or biting scenes are not.

3. Hate and harassment

No content that attacks or demeans people based on race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, disability or similar traits, no hate symbols, and no bullying or harassment of any person.

4. Child safety

No content that sexualises, endangers or exploits minors in any way. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM): such requests are blocked and reported to the relevant authorities, including NCMEC where applicable.

5. Deepfakes and impersonation

  • No photos of other people without their consent.
  • No celebrities, actors, politicians, influencers or other public figures, and no "lookalike" requests — including the cast of The Vampire Diaries.
  • No videos meant to deceive, defame, impersonate, harass or commit fraud, and no presenting AI videos as real footage of an event.
  • Two-photo scenes (brothers, couple) require the consent of both people shown.

6. Copyright and trademarks

The scenes are inspired by a TikTok trend and use generic looks (leather jacket, fog, a moody stare). Do not request show logos, title cards, official footage or an actor's likeness, and do not upload photos you do not have the right to use.

Also not allowed

Illegal activity, spam, scraping, automated or bulk use, or attempts to bypass our safety checks.

How we enforce this policy

  • Consent check: before generation you must confirm that you are the person in the photo or have their permission, and that the request follows this policy.
  • Automated moderation: every request, including custom scene text, is checked by an automated content-safety system before anything is generated. Requests that are flagged are blocked and nothing is created or charged.
  • Fixed, safe prompts: videos are made from our own pre-written scene and motion prompts. A custom scene is a short description that we wrap in our own prompt; you cannot send a free-form prompt to the model.
  • Logs and review: moderation decisions are logged. We review reports and flagged activity, and may remove videos, refuse or cancel orders, and block repeat abusers. Orders refused for clear abuse are not refunded.
  • Legal reporting: we report illegal content, including CSAM, to law enforcement and the relevant organisations.
