Terms of service

Last updated 2026-10-21. Damon Salvatore AI (https://damonsalvatoreai.app) is operated by an independent individual developer ("we", "us"). By using the service you agree to these terms.

1. The service

We generate short, silent AI videos inspired by the Damon Salvatore TikTok trend, based on the photo(s) you upload and a scene you choose. AI output varies, and results may not perfectly match your photo or scene. Generated videos carry an "AI-generated" nature and must not be presented as real footage.

2. Your photos and consent

You confirm that you are the person in the photos, or have explicit permission from everyone shown, that no celebrity or public figure is shown, and that any minor is shown only with your consent as their parent or guardian. You must follow our acceptable use policy. You keep all rights to your photos and give us a limited licence to process them only to create and deliver your video.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars on our pricing page and before checkout. Each payment is a one-time purchase of a video credit pack; there are no subscriptions and no recurring charges. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Waffo Pancake, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Waffo Pancake handles payment, billing, applicable sales tax/VAT and payment-related customer service.

4. Delivery

Your video is delivered digitally on your result page, usually within a few minutes of payment. Download it, as result links expire (see our privacy policy).

5. Refunds

Confirmed failed videos return 20 credits automatically, and you can request a full refund within 14 days if you are not happy. Full details are in our refund policy.

6. Ownership and use of videos

You may use your generated video for personal and social media purposes. We claim no ownership of it. Videos contain no music; adding music on TikTok, Instagram or elsewhere is subject to those platforms' licences.

7. Prohibited use and moderation

Requests are checked by automated content moderation before generation. We may block, refuse or stop any request, remove videos and suspend access for content that breaks the acceptable use policy, without a refund where abuse is clear, and we report illegal content to the authorities.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected video. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

9. Trademarks

Damon Salvatore AI is an independent fan tool. We are not affiliated with The CW, Warner Bros., Alloy Entertainment, the cast of The Vampire Diaries, TikTok, ByteDance or CapCut. Names are used only to describe the trend. We never generate the face of a real actor.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
