What information is used?

  • Google account identifier, name and email are used to sign you in and associate your credits and video history with your account. We do not receive your Google password.
  • Uploaded photos, your selected scene and any custom text are processed to generate your video.
  • Payment order references and amounts are used to add credits and resolve payment issues. Waffo handles card information; we do not receive full card details.
  • Technical logs and first-party usage events help operate the service and prevent abuse.

Who processes it?

Google handles sign-in; Vercel hosts the site; Upstash stores account balances and job records; Cloudflare R2 stores uploaded photos; Evolink sends generation requests to the video model; Waffo processes checkout and scene-prompt screening. These providers apply their own policies.

How long is it kept?

Account credit balances and transaction records are retained to provide non-expiring purchased credits and payment support. Video job records are retained for approximately 30 days. Uploaded photos are stored for generation and are not placed in a public gallery. Generated video availability depends on the provider: download completed files promptly. Contact support to request deletion; we do not promise automatic photo deletion within a fixed period.

How are photos accessed?

Generation providers need to retrieve uploaded photos through unguessable storage URLs. Anyone with such a URL may access the file, so do not share your upload URL. We do not sell photos or add them to a public gallery.

How can I request deletion or help?

Email billycui50@gmail.com from your account email with your order or video reference. Do not include payment card details.

Children

The service is not intended for children under 13. Permission from a parent or guardian is required before uploading a minor's photo.
