What does each job status mean?
The finished video lasts 10 seconds, but rendering does not finish in 10 seconds. Queues and processing time vary. Leaving the page does not mean you should buy another pack or create another job.

What should I do if the page seems stuck?
Refreshing a result page checks an existing job; submitting a new generation creates a separate paid request. A new request uses another 20 credits, so repeated submissions are not a way to speed up the original one.
- Make sure you are signed into the same Google account that created the video.
- Open your account history and select the existing job instead of pressing Generate again.
- Check the job status. If it is still pending, the system has not confirmed a failure yet.
- If you cannot load the job or the status remains unresolved, contact support with the video or order reference. Do not send card details or passwords.
When are credits returned after a failure?
Credits are returned when the system confirms a generation failure. The return is 20 credits for that failed job and is applied once, even if the failure notification is received again.
A credit return is not a refund to your bank card. It restores the generation credits in your account so you can use them again. Monetary refunds are handled separately under the refund policy.
What if I paid but my pack credits are missing?
Check the purchase confirmation before paying again. Waffo payment confirmation and the account balance can arrive at different moments, so return to the account and refresh after a short wait.
If the balance still does not reflect your purchase, contact support with the Waffo order reference and the email of the Google account you used. Packs contain 20, 60 or 160 credits, priced at $8.90, $22.90 and $49.90 before applicable checkout taxes.
